Creating and managing your booking, providing customer service during your stay, answering your questions, meeting legal obligations (identity notification, tax and accounting) and improving our website. It is not used for marketing without your explicit consent.
Under art. 5 of the Turkish Data Protection Law: establishment and performance of the contract (booking), fulfilment of a legal obligation (identity notification, financial legislation), legitimate interest (service quality and security) and, where necessary, your explicit consent.
Your data is kept only for as long as the purpose of collection requires and for the statutory retention periods; when the period ends it is deleted or anonymised. Documents within the scope of tax and accounting legislation (invoices, receipts, transfer slips) are kept for the periods prescribed by law. The identity record taken during your stay is deleted from our systems within the period prescribed by law. Data arriving through intermediary platforms remains in those platforms' secure systems. Access is limited to those of our staff who need it for their duties.
Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It is processed on our behalf only by our hosting, booking-record and e-mail providers for the running of the service; and it is transferred to legally authorised public authorities on request and within the framework of the legislation.
When you reach us through these channels we receive your name and the messages you send. This information is used only to answer your question and manage your booking. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties. Apart from the technical cookies required for it to work, our site uses no cookies that collect personal data. Fonts and site files are loaded from our own server; no requests go to third-party content networks. If visit-statistics measurement is added in future, this text will be updated. You can block cookies in your browser settings; using the site is not affected.
A Google Maps frame is embedded on our contact and home pages to show our location. When you view this frame your browser connects to Google, and Google may process data such as your IP address under its own policies.
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and to demand compensation if you suffer damage. In the event of a data breach we inform the affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Board within the period prescribed by law.
